That man dropped one bad album and everybody turned their back on him :russ:

Regardless of popular belief, I’m a still a fan of JT musically. And I feel his next album will shut folks up.

Also…he is the only person that can take on Usher hit for hit.

Justified, FutureSex/LoveSounds, and 20/20 Experience (Part 1) vs. My Way, 8701, and Confessions

It’s a pretty even match up IMO..

Also…folks need to get over that Janet shyt. Janet already said they are both cool and she is over it

I can't jump on the JT hate bandwagon today. I like his first album a lot.

It's up to him to come thru with his next album.

Hes a 41 year old man. Not everyone can be Michael Jackson or James brown. These men were exceptional for a reason.
41 is not old, especially for a singer.

It's crazy how singers are being turned into athletes. You are not supposed to have a tremendous success after a certain age, but as a singer, you still palpable after 40.

But these dudes are totally running outta gas in their 3O's. Crazy.

The JT/Pharrell & JT/Timberland formula worked. Why did the label get away from that formula?

Pharrell and Timbaland have always been there when it comes to his albums.

Timbaland spearheaded “FutureSex/LoveSounds” and “20/20 Experience.”

While Pharrell spearheaded “Justified” and “Man Of The Woods.”

It hasn't been talked about much, but his career hasn't been the same since that SB performance and the Man of the Woods rollout that failed horribly. One of the rare situations where the SB performance and everything around it actually hurt the artist more than it helped.

He should have stuck to the Pop/R&B instead of trying to go country as they weren't buying that shyt in the slightest :mjlol:
Well one good thing came of it... The Eagles won!!

Both the neptunes and timbaland produced that man of the woods crap :mjlol:
That album wasn’t that “bad.” It did have a some gems on it. However how JT fukked up at was that he tired to dip his toes into R&B and country and it he just fell flat on it.

And it wasn’t like the music was “bad.” It was just….blah. Lackluster and it was just….there.

It seems like with this album he is recording now he is taking his sweet time and it seems like Timbaland is doing most of the production. Ironically, the best tracks on “Man Of The Woods” were the Timbaland produced records :pachaha:
