its actually sad to how've you regressed

shut the fukk up about baldomir nikka...you clown baldomir every time....call him a bum and journeyman plus mention his losses in the official boxing thread whenever Judah comes up in the topic...now you want to use him as an argument for Floyd and mention what others have you told you about baldomir many times and why he fought Floyd...ol flip flopping ass...just shut the fukk up little nikka..your stanning and stupidity are on the highest levels they've ever been..saoul mamby didn't have 34 losses when they fought and I find it hilarious that you didn't mention any of the other fighters that were mentioned but you focused on the one with the most career losses...you're not a boxing fan you're a stan and a record checker
Yeah.......:comeon:

Why are you losing your cool breh take a seat catch your breath......................., now back to Saoul Mamby and Carlos Baldomir, so it's a problem when Zeus brings up Floyd facing the undisputed champ in Baldomir but it's ok for you to mention a nikka with 34 L's to inflate his resume, Baldomir aint have 15 losses when Floyd fought him, we going off your standard since you mentioning champ this and champ that and deflecting by saying losses dont matter and things of that nature, and how loses doesnt have anything to do with how great a fighter is and such, now step outside look at this from a 3rd person POV who is the flip floppity ass person in this scenario:smugfavre:

He beat Castillo once. :skip:

But lets say he beat him both times. That's 2 good wins at LW. Now let's look at his other wins at LW :skip:

Vic Sosa :skip:
Philip Ndou :skip:

And that's it. :dead:

Duran:

Won (lineal) title from Ken Buchanan. (Lineal LW Title, HOF.)
Defended against Jimmy Robertson. (NABF LW Title.)
Defended against Hector Thompson. (Empire LW Title.)
Defended against Guts Ishimatsu. ( Future WBC LW Champ.)
Defended against Esteban DeJesus. (Future WBC LW Champ.)
Defended against MASSATTACKER Takayama (Japanese LW Champ.)
Defended against Ray Lampkin (NABF LW Title.)
Defended against Leoncio Ortiz. (Mexican LW title.)
Defended against Lou Bizarro.
Defended against Alvaro Rojas.
Defended against Vilomar Fernandez
Defended against Edwin Viruet.
Defended and won WBC title against Esteban DeJesus. (WBC LW Champ.)
Vacated undisputed title.

Defended lineal title 12 times. Also unified.

Key Wins.

Ken Buchanan (Prime HOF.)
Guts Ishimatsu (LW Champ.)
Esteban DeJesus (LW Champ.)
Ray Lampkin, Vilomar Fernandez, Edwin Viruet Top 5 Contenders.
Hector Thompson (Top 5 JWW Contender.)
Ernesto Marcel (FW Champ.)
Hiroshi Kobayashi (SFW Champ.)

That's why Duran is considered one of the GOAT lightweights. Only other two that can be called LW goats are Joe Gans and Benny Leonard.

Esteban De Jesus >>> Castillo
Thats your opinion I respect it, I think older fighters get overrated just cause, if we were magnifying their flaws and loses like newer fighters do things ATG list would appear completely different:manny:

What the fukk does that mean, Castillo twice is better than any combinations of names you pull

And the 1st fight might have been close with Castillo so what Floyd had a injured shoulder and hand and kept trying, he didnt quit in the face of adversity like Duran, at the first sign of moisture with SRL. But Floyd wouldnt have fought this person and that person, gloves ring and such, Mayweather would never quit, you will have to knock Mayweather out cold beat him

Floyd could have easily been the best lighweight, people run from those division there no names, then, in Floyds time and even now, but shut down what exactly son is mentioning Japenese champs and shyt, exactly why stand firm beating Castillo twice>>>>any combination of names you can pull from Durans LW resume

Good fighters but nothing special, they were B class fighters compared to Duran like I said historically the LW division usually birthed one great fighter per generation, I would love to see 20 years from now will people be playing the revisionist history game and saying nikkas like Ortiz, and Guererro were ATG and HOF

Floyd dont need the inflation though he has the names history wise, since Duran was so liked but resume was so shytty history had to to tidy up and overrate/overstate some of the shytty names on his resume, but step outside that and look from a non biased pov

Floyd has one name at LW. and one of them was what many consider to be a loss :skip:

now compare that to Durans legacy at LW. Duran was prime at LW, he beat sugar ray when he was past his prime. Thats better than any win floyd has on his resume.
