It's a tad boring. In hindsight, it makes little sense for the vampire to call her husband to Transylvania if he already had a link to the wife.

He could've just come over to Germany. Or if they stuck with that plot, they should've had the wife go with the husband as a ploy to get her to his castle.
He needed him to sign her over so he can complete the demonic ritual

I don't see Orlok as an actual person but a decaying physical vessel for evil. Like his rotten husk of a Body was taken over by a demon a long time ago

Right this was the point. The ritual had to be adhered too. But...
Does the signature still stand if he signed it under duress?
He wasn't under duress, just shook. He seen how creepy everything was and still signed. Count Orlock was not gonna kill the man until he had his signature. He was really obsessed with getting to his wife. Granted if he didn't sign then the writers would need another plot moving device to progress the story. But usually in Demon lore, the demons never really appear beautiful to enchant you to signing your life away or a love one. In fact Count Orlock told him that the contract was written in a different language and he didn't even ask for translation. He was asking about shyt else tho.

What I wanna know is what was the Vampire the Gypsy's killed and where did they geaux after he witnessed them slaying a Vampire. They Gypsy's and Gypsy's roam, but even the hotel owner was no where to be found when he woke.

This was kinda bothering me. You settle estates and you don't ask for a translator or something?

I thought that was a dream or vision of what he was getting into.

I thought that was a dream or vision of what he was getting into.
1) He was too fixated on the money and was determined to get his dividends so he can start a family.

2). Naw ol boy has muddy boots, that let you know he wasn't dreaming. He really saw a Vampire getting murdered in cold blood. Even Orlock helped reassure him that the "filthy" practice was not a vision or dream.

That movie was creepy as fukk but it was a really great horror film and cinematic masterpiece. The critics got this one right...

Only thing I wished they did more was have his shadow act creepy a bit more like in Dracula. But I understand why they went a different approach tho.

My fav part was when he was in the castle and Orlock was moving creepy about with the fireplace burning. That entire exchange was great.

I think the shadow hand was an homage to Shadow of the Vampire.

That was a great scene. It made it seem like dude was missing time. One moment you're at the table the next you're near the fireplace. What happened?

Right that's true.

He was kinda a sucker for that but I get he wanted to have the big house like his homie and all that.
