I guess you missed mine: expecting your audience to 'do their own research' instead of using your TV time to educate them is not just bad storytelling, it's lazy as fukk.

AEW =/= WWE. If you want a six-month build, watch WWE. That’s not what AEW does, I don’t know how long it’s going to take for it to sink in to people

but why should they keep sticking with a losing formula is the question? 5 years in and they are further away from WWE than they were when the company started. They just did a terrible rating for Grand Slam and the buildings are still pretty empty, why not switch the style up? Especially when you see a winning formula over on the other channel with sold out crowds.
