When people say trick runs detroit it's simple

Trick trick n the goon squad run deep as some gangs. 9 times out of 10 they the bodyguards at the club, the security at the casino, air port, they fukking the bytch at the hotel or work there and stretch across the city and metro area. Trick probably can make two calls or get two calls and know what artist is coming, when the plane land, how much they getting paid, how many nikkas they with, what type of buzz they got, and any or every thing they have said about detroit. This is actually true. A lot of properties are being purchased and the investors are sitting on them until the right time to start building. I insured 25 properties for a lady from Australia in different areas of detroit. People are buying properties left and right for pennies.
