I agree about the qb thing where he wants to prove he can win with anyone and a high profile qb would in his mind take away the shine from him and his precious D hes so obsessed with telling you about his defense and stats about his D to an obnoxious level

Reading stats off in the postgame about how great your D is when you played an inept offense like Jacksonville or the Cardinals just shows you how self serving he is,plus his defenses have been bully defenses more the anyhting and not great against good offenses

AS you said also in todays nfl its all about the QB..with the new rules if youre a defensive minded team playing close to the vest and trying to win every game 16-13 thats not gonna work in todays NFL

You need ot be able to outscore people with an elite qb who can make plays in the 4th quarter
