Most people have no idea what toll it takes on the person (& loved ones) when someone becomes disabled.

As a nurse I've seen families readmit their loved ones because they couldn't take care of them in their home.

Not to mention, most people don't wanna live such a dependant/compromised life.

Hope his family finds peace with whatever decisions they make.

I'm saying:dwillhuh:

Even with my mother, she was already in bad health and relied on all of us to take care of her. It got to the point where my brother snapped because he had to deal with her issues along with my sisters issues, but I'm the bad guy when I am making logic to avoid what can't be fixed. Folks fail to understand that you are pretty much nurturing a live corpse. They barely can respond, can't move, and require machines to keep them alive. Their soul becomes a slave to the body.

It is time to let the dog go home to God:mjcry:

There's life after death. You have to prepare for it.

Sadly in this day and age, people believe that we are suppose to live on this earth for all eternity. Like there is no afterlife or no ends to justify the means. I remember my ex and I had a legit discussion on believing in the afterlife. She said some shyt like "once you die you are in the ground".

I'm like so you just lay in the dirt and sleep forever huh:unimpressed:

Her: :mjgrin:Yes

I know The Coli is half weird about spirituality but we all have a appointed time to meet the maker. When that time comes and he pulls out that big ass book...be prepared to have you paperwork legit :shaq2:

Sadly he was without oxygen for too long, these are the devastating effects of that. Even the smallest moment without air can cause detrimental effects. Naturally as humans we want to hold on, hold on to hope. It's human nature. But his body is tired. He's already gone. Like his last quote from his interview with Noreaga -- "if I died, today, I lived a good life."
Boomer is waiting for you X. God speed. ♥️

My brother was on life support for 10 days after he had his stroke. I'd go see him and when you looked in his eyes, you knew nothing was there. Doctors would try everything and he wasn't responding at. After about a week the nurses told me since his brain went without oxygen for 9 mins, he's in a vegetative state so either pull the plug or put in a peg tube and have him be a vegetable for the rest of his life. I just remember sitting in my room and crying so I can imagine how his family is feeling right now.
My dad decided to take a chance and put the peg tube in. A couple days later, he started responding and was discharged 2 months later. He can't live independently and has so many cognitive problems, it's like dealing with someone with dementia. The worst part about this whole thing is I lost my sister 8 months later and he can't comprehend that she's not here with us anymore.
I really feel for his family right now because the initial stage of grief isn't something I'd wish on anyone.

Also, a downside to being vegetative vs brain dead is if you decide to pull the plug, the person basically has to starve and dehydrate to death. What is life man:mjcry:

Its easy when the whole family pitch in to help.. Serious times like those shows you who's who in your life..

Damn. Man. X. :snoop:

I remember first time really hearing him on a mixtape, working out in school weight-room. Yes. I think I bought both albums in 98.

Dude could made just as much if not ALOT more from movies as he did from music....on some LL shiit. He had the charisma to do a lot of different roles and the celebrity where producers/studios would probably beg him to act. Tripped me out seeing him strung out on crack rock and couldn't shake that shiit.

Coulda been chilling and coasting for the last 2 decades

Condolences to his family and all his double digit kids....:wow:.

Geez.
