Lord give me a sign just came on my Playlist. 
Alot of people I know who don't even fukk with rap love X man
I got homies that have parents that don't like rap but like some rappers
X being one of those rappers people even if they don't like HH they all liked
Alot of nikkas my age who were getting or are into hip hop love X to
It's pretty Captain obvious to say this,
X is gonna be Hella missed man by so many people. More than some realize this is a huge blow.

DMX was one of the most influential rappers of the past 25 years.
He gave us albums full of great music and he was an inspiration to many.
He helped a lot of kids get through some hard times and had a lot of commercial success as well.
I can understand some of the demons DMX had to deal with I came from the same era as him and to come of age essentially right in the era of crack as well as going through a traumatic childhood can bind the emotions of just about anyone. I also have many family that struggled so I can understand the back and forth of trying to stay clean.
My condolences Rest peacefully brother and blessings to his family and other loved ones.

I knew it was coming and kinda prepared myself but right now I just feel empty and shed few tears.
Never met this man just loved his music since I was like 10 years old whenever I'm angry or sad. As time goes by I felt happy when he seemed to be happy and healthy and sad seeing him through difficult times .
Right now I hope he left us fulfilled and met God he truly believed in and preached.

Also I was so hyped for his comeback. After hearing him on that LOX track last year it sounded like old hungry X was back. I'm curious what's gonna happen with the album he was working on with Swizz

Maybe because I didn't grow up in his era, but I don't feel sad. Seeing how enthusiastic he was about life, despite what he went through, and how much people loved him makes me happy.
