You played a resident evil where you could kill enemies with your bare hands? :ohhh:
Re 1 I could knife zombies with pure skill slashes.

In re7, you gotta Kamikaze into an empty closet like Revy while holding the hammer. That's not my twist.

Dying in a closet holding a gun. Nauseating to think about

Anyone calling this a Pt clone obviously got knocked out trying to leave the house and never played the demo again.

Resident Evil 7 review scores near perfect by Famitsu
The first review of Resident Evil 7 is in via Famitsu, and the results are impressive to say the latest.

Japanese gaming publication Famitsu Weekly has posted its review on the hotly anticipated Resident Evil 7: biohazard in its latest issue.

Capcom’s upcoming survival horror game, which is known as Biohazard: resident evil in Japan, scored 9/9/9/9 from each of Famitsu’s critics, giving it a total score of 36/40. An impressive score to say the least, although the fact the publication awarded the abysmal Umbrella Corp the exact same score is somewhat mind-numbing.

Resident Evil 7 is due to ship on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on January 24, 2017, and comes with full PlayStation VR support for those who want to take their game to the next level of immersion. According to Capcom’s Masachika Kawata, the horror sequel will take around 15 hours to complete, and is due to receive some free story-based DLC at some point in spring of this year. The game weighs in at over 20GB on the PS4.

Set from a first-person perspective, Resi 7 takes place some four years after the globe-trotting, zombie-mashing Resident Evil 6, and sees newcomer Ethan Winters exploring a mysterious plantation in Dulvey, Louisiana, for his missing wife Mia. Along the way, he’ll have to overcome a series of fiendish puzzles and traps while fending off attacks from the tenacious and seemingly immortal Baker family.

If you fancy splashing out on Capcom’s latest title, then be sure to invest in the Resident Evil 7 Collector’s Edition, which comes with a host of extra content including a model of the Baker mansion.
