wtf, that is messed up to ban for a month when they're speaking the truth. Phil and others should be on the chopping block or at least him and the other xbox execs should take a a massive paycut until the fix their issue or gtfo. Acquisition can save some companies, but mega mergers like this rarely end up well for employees
