The controls are killing me enjoyment of the game.
you pay for a game you expect to have fun off the bat...some ppl don’t want to wait for a “story to develop” when it comes to a video game...ultimately in this case I’m glad I did but I wanna have fun off the bat...if I want a “boring” exposition that pays off I’ll actually watch a well-written movie

this is a well-known complaint/issue and is not unique to his experience
ya I know...I was frustrated and put the game down for a couple of weeks...the irony is I didn’t play the first one at the time and only bought this one cuz I expected online to be as dope as GTA...I started playing it so I could get familiar with the controls for when I got online...played it...got bored and bailed...a friend insisted I keep playing tho...so I picked it up and played...once I got to the end of chapter 3 I was hooked...no-lifed it for 2 days...played that shyt like it was a job plus overtime lol...ended up enjoying the SP experience...MP turned out to be shyt tho initially...haven’t played it since the beta...see some folks on my feed still playing it...doesn’t look as bad now
Moving, riding horses, etc... Everything feels slow. Walking in camp; why can't I run? The inventory system.
Right now, I'm just not enjoying it. Like I told @surf I'll try it again this weekend.
I'm just confused its the same damn thing from GTAv... I dont see the issue if your familiar with both games more or less...
To be fair, the Beaver Hollow chapter focused on Dutch descent into madness...
Dutch was a father figure to Arthur and John who were both orphans he took in...That's why Arthur tolerated him, he wasn't going to abandon his father because he's losing his mind...
The Grimshaw scene was puzzling though, I didn't quite get that dialogue but he did do the same thing to Arthur later on and left John to die...It's painfully clear Dutch wasn't in the right frame of mind and confused, which does somewhat explain his puzzling actions...
