Yea man

Sneak up behind them when they're sleeping or eating.

Outside of Deer and the occasional Coyote, I've hardly seen any other animal, especially predators, mosey about and "Sleep". Plus they always got the aggro, so once they in your location, they coming up red and looking to ruin your shyt. Now I know you can lasso animals and pull 'em in for a knife kill which is way more feasible provided you've a high enough stamina (Stamina is TOO easy to max out) since it requires it to keep the animal steady while you make your way towards it to finish it off.

Use your map that has bears near water. Scope them out. After they eat salmon, they will go to sleep. That's when you slit their throat.

Just finished a second playthrough of this game and the level of detail in this shyt is :wow: So many things I found that I didn't notice before. There's no way you can take it all in with one playthrough.

Definitely in my personal top 5 all time, with TLOU, Uncharted 2 and MGS4.

Arthur might the goat video game character. This story is Oscar worthy.

why they have to kill off my nikka Arthur like that

:mjcry:

I would have rather him died violently then wasting away like that.

It sucks but it's worth playing through all of the side encounters as a high honor Arthur while he's dying off but redeeming himself through doing good deeds for others. Later in the game you can find Mrs. Downes (the widow of the dude Arthur got TB from) and stop her from prostituting and give her and her son money to make a better life and they actually end up wealthy because of Arthur. It's stuff like that that truly brings home the theme of the game and they definitely reward you for investing the time in those side stories.

I went and visited Arthur's grave in the epilogue and it really had me :mjcry: He was a real nikka

hmm i was thinking about starting this today. I didn't particularly enjoy the first one but I could've gave it another shot. How does this compare to the first one?

Better and more detailed than the first one, although the first one is a classic itself. I think the first one was more centered around the action aspect and fun mission structure, while the 2nd one is more cinematically story driven and exploratory.

But to better appreciate the 1st one you would need to experience the 2nd one because it helps you understand why and how John developed into who he was

Has anyone ever been able to do the out of map glitch? I was able to do it before Rockstar patched it up and the northern area outside of Ambarino is pretty huge and detailed. I was able to find glaciers, lakes, a avalanche, explorable mountains and even a huge forest. It’s very obvious that this is cut content and the map was originally supposed to be way bigger then it currently is. I’ve taken pictures of what I seen in case anyone wants to look at them. I personally think that it’s kind of interesting. :yeshrug:

I’ve also manage to get into Mexico as well. The area looked about 70 percent complete and the only things missing are the towns, railroads and bridges. I hope that Rockstar will include Mexico in a future DLC. That was one of my favorite parts of the map from the first RDR.
