bar none the best album of 1996....just as relevant today as it was thenDe la Soul- stakes is high
yeah maybe i just know a bunch of hip hop heads because Camp Lo is kind of on the cusp...the album might count, but Luchini is far from underrated.On everything this was in my head but i was like "nah he said under the radar."

I'd like to think I know my 90s hip-hop pretty damn well, and I have heard most things. But then again, you've never heard it all, so I'm down to taking some recommendations of some really good 90s albums that fly under the radar and may have not been heard by a majority.
