They were very much needed in the 50's and 60's.

I work in the resource room of a Vetran facility helping vets everyday and the majority of them are Black and Latino. They try to maneuver metrocards and meal tickets from me everyday and most of the time I give them up. I'm actually here right now working late, thats why I make threads to help kill time. I dont need to start a black movement. You sound unrealistic.

One thing that stands out with everything that u are saying is that its very obvious you were never associated with the NOI. You weren't there when their Steak N Take franchises were crumbling in nyc due to over pricing. You weren't there when they were losing security accounts all over NYC due to lack of upkeep with Albany regulations. and I dont remember u selling Final Calls on any corners.
