Raw gets abysmal lowest non-NFL rating since 1996. What would you do to turn it around?

WWE also doesn't use their legends in a meaningful capacity at all. fukk bringing them in only at WM, find some interesting shyt for them to do and announce that shyt in advance.

Can't remember the last time Austin has been seen or heard from, WM32?

Anyway, you got all these legends on legends deals. Let them do something.

Austin
Bret
Flair
Sting
Goldberg
HBK
Hall
Nash

It's not a good look though cuz it just hammers home how weak the new guys are when you have these legends. When Goldberg was the champ he made the full time roster look extra corny.

As for what will fix it.. all these little minor fixes are just internet chit chat and won't mean shyt. Give the belt to this guy, hire this guy, do that. Nah. At the end of the day the ONLY thing that will make a difference is compelling characters and stories. Larger than life characters. That's what casual fans want. That's why they are drawn to guys like McGregor and Mayweather. Someone who flips the station and sees fukkin Finn Balor standing in the ring holding a mic is gonna change that channel with a quickness.

Lol@that last line. Hahahaha

I said it before and I'll say it again, give us a reason to care about a character, more promos involving the wrestler, more promotional appearances with the wrestler. Why not have Sasha or Enzo on The Breakfast Club? Or have a promo on RAW where Enzo goes shopping with Wale at Foot Locker, sometimes it's the little things like that. WWE shouldn't be afraid to tap into the Urban market, I don't think they realize how many black people are fans of wrestling.

More shyt talking too, adding "bytch" into every other promo feels forced sometimes, let these wrestlers come up with their own shyt talking, let's see if they really got their own "ether gene", who knows? Might be the next meme or some shyt :pachaha:

Like @Silkk said, book something compelling to the viewer to make them want to tune in the next week, Samoa Joe's music blasting at the end of the last show doesn't make me want to tune in next week. Hell, even Empire managed to give an interesting season finale cliffhanger last night.

Back the whole character thing, RAW is a fukking three hour show and the Hardyz have barely had any mic time on their, they always manage kill the momentum of any returning or debuting star :snoop:
Only thing about Breakfast Club is dealing with CTG trolling. Wrestlers are better off on Hot97 where they'll actually discuss whats going on rather than someone constantly pointing out its fake.

I don't watch WWE but I heard Braun was doing some interesting things before he was injured. He was dope but hes only on for 15 minutes a show so what are you doing with the other 2:45? If the whole vibe of the show isn't wavy, it doesn't matter if one character is. He's gonna get lost in the wackness.

The show is culturally out of touch. Not a single person under 30 (regardless of race) is listening to hard rock like that but its still the theme songs for Raw and Smackdown. They gotta update their presentation and expand their market.

You got 70 year old white dudes scripting promos for 28 year olds who listen to Kendrick backstage. Let these young dudes cook and let them dictate the product.

This essentially wrapped up all ideas on the thread. We can end it here if we want.

They're shooting themselves in the foot with the Legends contracts. By not doing anything with them it makes it obvious the only reason they're in place is to avoid situations like Flair's "retirement".

EDIT:

The show is culturally out of touch. Not a single person under 30 (regardless of race) is listening to hard rock like that but its still the theme songs for Raw and Smackdown. They gotta update their presentation and expand their market.

They used Nickelback as the Raw theme in what? 2010? People were already sick of them by 2002.

lol :whoa:I ain't saying put the strap on them, I ain't even saying they have to wrestle.

Have them champion somebody one night against a heel, or go promo for promo vs someone to give them credibility

The fact that you got WWE using Flo Rida songs for WWE PPVs and not Kendrick, Chainsmokers, Cole, Travis Scott, Drake, Future, Imagine Dragons etc. tells you all you need to know

Like on SD this week when they had the MITB dudes cut promos on each other, with references to South Park and Rudy. In 2017. :dead:

shyt is so outdated and corny and you know that is straight from Cokeboy. Homie stuck in the 90s :mjlol:
