Perhaps dirk is better at his best but kg has been closer to his best for a longer time and if u value defense you would take kg at the onset of their careers. Could dirk have done what kg did by transforming a defense to elite and making other players better defensively on a individual basis along the way? Pierce stepped up..rondo and perk were propped up...eddie house was even a borderline non liability on d.

In this thread, a few people are shytting on KG for being a warrior, trash-talking his opponents, etc.
How can you hate on the man for being a fierce competitor? Personally, I'm peaceful and don't trash-talk. KG a warrior though. When they asked him about being on a losing team (T-Wolves), dude shed a few silent tears - that's how bad he wants it. The dude prepared to pay any price for success, and is a real motherfukking G with a code of honor (he got traded from Minnie out of respect, IIRC - didn't ask to change teams even though his was losing)
So what he trash talks opponents? If you want to watch people hug and frolic in the fields together, watch Glee. I'm watching a man's sport, and KG is a motherfukking beast psychologically. Dude cut Ray Allen out of his life for quitting on the team. Say what you want, but ] that is insane dedication and focus.
I may not agree with everything you do but I appreciate it, K.G.to a great b-ball player and competitor.

) and B) players that are smaller or more intimidated by him like white boys and foreigners.I never saw KG step to a player the caliber of Artest/WMP, Ben Wallace, Zack Randolph, Shred (though he kinda a bytchass dude too), Shaq, Stephen Jackson, or other players that truly are gully or have heart. Hell KG wouldn't even step to Jermaine O'Neal.
2ndly, he also doesn't get or deserve respect after that game years ago (I think he was still in Minny) when they were playing either Denver or Utah in the playoffs. I forget who, but it was some dude he tried to intimidate.... I think even pushed dude and homey gave him a hard elbow to the chest. Then after the game it was reported that dude tried to go after KG and KG pretty much ran to the BUS.
Dude was outside screaming at KG challenging him and KG stayed on the bus hiding.
No bullshyt, I remember Barkley and them had little jokes about the incident on their show and I think homey got suspended a game
