I don’t see how Walton survives this. They fired their old coach who had the Kings turning the corner for this shyt. Who cares if he was unlikeable to the front office, he had them growing and playing well. Walton hasn’t done shyt since those 37 games when Kerr was out with the back injury

If he was black he'd already been a long time ago
If he was Black he woulda never got hired in his thirties, failed every season he’s coached and still found a way to stay in the league for years.

Meanwhile Jacque Vaughn never got a chance to finish what looked like a promising start in the bubble

H-Town

Generational talent.

He's more or less entering the heel turn/voter fatigue phase of his career but in 3 or 4 years when Giannis joins a top 5 player and top 15'ish 3rd wheel to get over the hump ala Bron and KD, I expect a similar 180 turn by media/fans/coli back to adoration. Barring injuries, it's inevitable.

Harden is just now coming out of that phase himself, by following that Bron/KD blueprint.

I understand he has next to no shot to win the MVP again because of Milwaukee's playoff failures but if we were going strictly by the numbers, him and Jokic would be the front runners. I don't think he's better but his averages are better than prime LeBron and it's become ho-hum.
