Some team will still max him out.He's one of those guys who'll put up pretty stats, but when you actually watch the games,

you'll see just how much he leaves on the table.Soft, timid, and bad at situational basketball.I'd be shocked if he even reaches

an Andre Drummond level.The Suns drafted a new age Benoit Benjamin over Luka Doncic.....But like I said, somebody's going

to pay him because he can put up 17 & 12 in his sleep

He's a center in the modern NBA so he's never going to get touches like Luka, but he's improving in the areas that matter most for his position, like defense and screens. Good rim protector, shot blocker, and perimeter defender for his size. What surprises me about Ayton is that he's become much better on defense than offense. His defense alone will get him paid in the NBA. Gobert just got 200 million with no offensive game.

Ayton got some ticky tack offensive fouls early in the Mavs game so he didn't get his normal minutes but he helped get the win when it mattered. Offensively he has a nice touch in the post even though he doesn't get the ball there enough. He needs to be more aggressive. His jumpshot looks nice, but he relies on it too much and doesn't get to the foul line enough. Those are issues that can be corrected. He's far from a finished product.

There is some talent in the league right now. This season should be real competitive. Fewer “off nights” gimme games. This year gone have me sitting on my couch watching League Pass all year.

What do you think about Zion's performance last night ? A quiet, but effectual 15 . I’m starting more and more to believe that he’s not a 1 ... more of a 1b/2 ... Pels are BI’s team for the foreseeable future I believe.

Trae could be a sleeper for MVP this year

Dude's gonna average insane numbers all season. Just depends if the Hawks can have a high enough seed for the lames in the media to give him his dues.

He had the raw numbers last year but we were trash overall for 95% of the season. We finally got decent as Cam was coming along.

Zion is still finding his footing for the team. It was BI's night, he was cooking OG. Some nights BI will be the best player, some nights it will be Zion, some nights it will be Lonzo. The fact Zion can play off the ball would lead most to believe he's a sidekick but he gives a team what it's missing. He did that at Duke too.

No battery in his back anymore. Dame can't do shyt without something to 'prove'. This is known. No more Russ to battle with. Got paid the big bucks. And he's already resigned himself to never winning a ring. But hey @CHICAGO at least he had that 'historic' six-game stretch
