Agreed, until JRich can get that FG% up he's still in that 3 and D slot IMO.3 and D and LM players.
I still think JRich fits in the frame of being one, he's just been given the green light on a bad team. I don't know if there's a specific group I could put Ingles in, but if anyone asks about the best 3&D players, his name has to be mentioned: shooting the 3-ball and defending are two of his three primary roles, and he's damn good at both.

Bazemore and DeMarre Carroll would be excellent fits but its gonna cost Houston a 1st considering they would have to move Knight. I don't know if that is something Houston wants to do for either player.
