Yeah

I see publications rating draymond green as a top 15 player :dead:

It’s such bullsh*t
One dude I follow on twitter has Draymond as a top 5 player and was legit arguing that if Pelicans offered Anthony Davis straight up for Draymond that the Warriors should reject it because it'll make them a worse team.

The myth that the warriors have four all-stars (not including Cousins) needs to end

Yeah

You mean the most important defender, distributor, and rebounder in the starting lineup of the best team in the NBA isn't an all-star? :heh:

Not just talking back-to-back-to-back all-star appearances, but also DPOY, back-to-back 2nd-team All-NBA, was the best player on the team in a Game 7 of the Finals and probably would have won Finals MVP if his shooters hadn't choked in that game.

imagine if Ben Wallace was doing everything he did on defense AND was at the center of his team's offensive schemes and people were saying he wasn't an all-star. :gucci:

Look friends, we have some ppg stans at it again. :mjlol:

People got to stop saying this shyt. Draymond isn't the center of shyt. He's the unguarded person that's able to take advantage of openings created by the three great offensive players around him.

He is absolutely none of those things on the Warriors :mjlol:

Defender: KD, Klay and Iggy. Draymond does NOT guard the opposing teams best player.

Distributor: Steph (most of Draymond’s assists come from teams trapping Steph, who passes to Draymond, a help defender comes, and Draymond passes to someone wide open). When Draymond initiates the offense it’s usually terrible.

Rebounder: Team effort

Brad Miller was a NBA All-Star. So was Roy Hibbert.

Is he an important piece to the team? Sure. Could they win without him this season? Absolutely. He hasn’t improved his shooting much and still turns the ball over with stupid decisions. He’s a decent NBA player, damn sure not the $100+ million you seem to think he is. He wouldn’t be an All-Star on any other roster.

Draymond's going to get paid and become the face of somebody's franchise, strictly off name notoriety, experience, and championship pedigree.

I could see a team like my Suns maxing him out & selling him to the fans as that ^^^

Warriors were 7-3 in 2016 in games that Curry didn't play. No Curry, no KD, ALL SEVEN of those wins were against playoff teams.

Draymond averaged 19-11-7 while shooting 51% from the field and 43% from three in winning 5 of 7 playoff games without Curry and was still the most important player on defense too.

Top 8 on that lineup were Draymond, Klay, Barnes, Iggy, Livingston, Clark, Speights, Bogut.

How you gonna tell me that Draymond wouldn't be shyt on another team when he and Klay were dragging THAT roster to the WCF? :dahell:

This is just rocks for brains material right here. :dead:

You seriously are claiming that KD, Klay, and Iggy are all more important defenders on the Warriors than Draymond. :heh:

Breh, the central player in the defense is FAR more important than any one-on-one matchup. The one-on-one defender guards one guy, and none of KD, Klay, or Iggy are even straight shutdown defenders who will shut down that one guy, they just slow him. Meanwhile, the central defender is playing a part in the defense of the entire opposing team. That's why DPOY usually goes to a rim protector/central defender, not to a matchup guy unless the matchup guy is historically elite.

Distributor: Steph (most of Draymond’s assists come from teams trapping Steph, who passes to Draymond, a help defender comes, and Draymond passes to someone wide open). When Draymond initiates the offense it’s usually terrible.
Which still makes him the most important distributor on the Warriors. If teams could successfully trap Steph it could kill the Warriors (look at what happened to the Blazers when Dame got trapped in the playoffs).

Rebounder: Team effort
True, yet he's still the most important.

Brad Miller was a NBA All-Star. So was Roy Hibbert.
What is that supposed to mean? Were either of them DPOY, All-NBA (repeatedly), or the best player in a Game 7 of the Finals? :sas1::sas2:

Is he an important piece to the team? Sure. Could they win without him this season? Absolutely.
You could take ANY player off the Warriors and they could still win this season. They're that stacked. But Draymond might be the one they could least afford to lose. Take KD, Steph, or Klay off the team and there are still two GOAT shooters to pick up the slack on offense. Take Draymond away and who is doing what he does on defense?

I don't think some of ya'all have a clue how important defense is to championships. Draymond shot like shyt in the Houston series last year, but take him off the team and they could lose that series.

Ya'all say that as if Draymond wasn't balling back when KD wasn't even on the team. :snoop:

Tell me how many of those shots were "unguarded". :heh:
