This one is gonna be tough but for 2025 I want to move my gym sessions to the morning before work. It will mean waking up at 4am so I can do my morning routine before hitting the gym. It's hard but so worth it knowing you got the gym out the way before you start your day.

But that after work gym session that leads to you sleeping like a child is undefeated :blessed:

Rented out a basketball gym for me, my cousins and my unc tomorrow. Gone shoot around, play horse etc. Bout to show these negros why I’m the most athletic in the fam even at 34

You're probably right about the weather delaying tings. We might get 15 inch of snow in Dallas later in the week.

I just know since New Years fell in the middle of the week, that a lot of people waited until tomorrow to get started. At least that's my theory why the gym wasn't excessively packed last week.

first workout for me in 2025...the early morning workout sucked and didn't suck at the same time lol. it was leg day and the resolutioners were all up in there at 630 am smh. im sure it will be worse when i go back for the evening workout

also i went and bought one of those walking pad treadmills so i can do some running on my non gym days or before/after hours at home...more cardio in 2025

I’m getting older so I have to watch the diet a lot more than before. Some foods just don’t mesh with my body anymore. Once in a while really means once a month or every other month.

I’m going dry for all of Q1’25 as well. I’ve been cutting back on alcohol as a whole outside of tryna seal the deal or key social functions.

Targeting to cut 15-20lbs by April 1st. All about showing up for myself everyday and staying away from vice. Tree and liq throw me off.
