London trip was not the best. May have put on a pound or two but should be able to knock that off this week now that I’m back.
Got more travel next weekend as well. Main thing is to keep the exercise up and watch the alcohol intake.
It’s the holiday period so I’m not gonna beat myself up too much. Just maintain current weight for all of November and I can get back to cutting in December. Then use that month as an on-ramp for the first 1/3 of 2025 where I’ll be fully heads down with no travel/disruptions to my routine.
