Had to pull myself out of the gym
hamstrings were at their limit and I could feel all parts of the fibers
Failed a back squat PR attempt twice just to drop back down to warm up weights and hit sets of 6 at 10lb increments til I got to 80percent
Shrugged 4 plates for absolutely no reason
Started rowing til I realized I was moving weight like I was preparing for a PR attempt
