I've had dudes in the gym tell me which supps work and which ones don't while proceeding to lift lighter weights than some of the stronger females a ways over.

Had to pull myself out of the gym

hamstrings were at their limit and I could feel all parts of the fibers
Failed a back squat PR attempt twice just to drop back down to warm up weights and hit sets of 6 at 10lb increments til I got to 80percent
Shrugged 4 plates for absolutely no reason
Started rowing til I realized I was moving weight like I was preparing for a PR attempt

Gonna start logging my workouts again in a physical journal. January 13th marks 9 years in the gym and I wanna hit - 4 plate back squat

I log progress in Evernotes. Been doing it the last 6 or so years. I use micro plates unless I'm traveling so every workout I increase weight until I reset/change programs.
