I've had dudes in the gym tell me which supps work and which ones don't while proceeding to lift lighter weights than some of the stronger females a ways over.

(As far as lifting goes, coffee only has caffeine in it. #Powda has more than just caffeine in it. Continue to sleep on it if you want. :ufdup:)
True, powda does have other vitamins in it, but I like to get what I need from my diet.
