Yeah I think we’re a couple years away from any sense of normalcy. But good for everyone trying to be fit. And health conscious. It’s not as easy as it looks.That was pre-covid. Rona got these slobs thinking they can be making changes any time of the year.

Yeah la county has some strict ass rules. Most 24’s close at 9. Others at 11. Naturally I’m lazy so driving 20 minutes to the gym ain’t it. I like to be there with in 5 minutes.
cardio don’t kill gains. Myth needs to be deaded. I’ve probably gained a shyt ton more muscle since I’ve been doing cardio daily.
