No question its a clusterfucc (but highly interesting to me for some reason) but you got people asking what type of food to eat for snacks and breakfastI mean I get it but its like they think there is some secret food aisle they never heard of that will change things dramatically.

Dietitians in China be getting at cats in Australia and sohh forth....
But real talk, The ADD, you're probably underestimating the knowledge which you possess. Some people really don't know and are unsure. I be forgetting this sometimes when I leave campus.
Even fundamental matters which you may take for granted like knowing who Eric Holder or John Boener are. I'd venture to state a rather large portion of population would be left clueless, if asked simple question on the street, without being able to google search...Or on topic fitness, knowing that large consumptions of water essential for muscle growth...etc..
But nevertheless, as society progresses a larger portion of the population grows should emerge into a more enlightened stage...
