After a week off I’m back in time for leg day .
shyt felt like noodles after I was done so it was a good work out .
My deadlift super set was nuts first time I did it .
Went lighter on the barbell deadlift since I was just coming back .
Decided to super set a couple different dumbbell .
3 sets 10 reps each dumb bell my legs were burning

Barbell just left on the 45’s 10 reps
27.5’s 10 reps
1 50 dumbbell 10 reps
1 60 dumbbell 10 reps
^ this is all one set
