People said fukk a gym this weekend I guess. Had the gym to myself today for ~30 mins
that was weird.
very targeted workout. All arms and quads, one ham exercise and one shoulder. 25 mins of cardio
gonna go hard on cardio this week to make up for the trash ass diet and alcohol consumption this past weekend - I was looking great on Friday and can see all the food stuck in my stomach and bloat on me today.
I feel like a white girl rolling around on a bike. Smh, us black women gotta get into more recreational activities, hate feeling like an anomaly doing simple stuff like hiking or biking.
