Yeah that’s been the common thought but he’s saying even intermediate rep ranges (8-12) it’s the move.
Yeah it's an interesting theory. I'm gonna give it a shot next time I do a workout with less lifts. Already spend 1 1/2-2 hours lifting. I'll be lifting for 3 hours doing this on my current program:mjlol::mjlol:

Edit: Might not be too bad with supersets. Might try it my next back and shoulders day.

Nah...and there’s lots of studies detailing why women need less rest between sets anyway.

DL’s and squats are the only lifts where I’ll hit 60-90 secs rest, everything else is about 30-45

Nahh fukk that I would be at the gym for 3 hours .

High rep days I keep it to a min .

Those my fav days I be moving through my work outs .
Keep in mind for hypertrophy he’s working close to fatigue for less general sets.

I don't understand why people are so quick to dismiss 3 min rest periods. In theory, it should allow you to use more weight. I personally would like to try it myself I just need to put together a program that I can fit into my schedule.
Lol that’s why I’m scratching head.It’s literally new data and implementation showing it might be optimal for muscle building.
