After a week off I’m back in time for leg day .

shyt felt like noodles after I was done so it was a good work out .

My deadlift super set was nuts first time I did it .

Went lighter on the barbell deadlift since I was just coming back .

Decided to super set a couple different dumbbell .


3 sets 10 reps each dumb bell my legs were burning :damn:.


Barbell just left on the 45’s 10 reps
27.5’s 10 reps
1 50 dumbbell 10 reps
1 60 dumbbell 10 reps

^ this is all one set

I wouldn't advise supersetting DLs, just in case you end up like @J.E.T.S. :whoa:

Nahh man I went light on the weights it was about the reps .

Also I only use two dumb bells with the 27.5’s.

The 50 and 60 was one dumb bell .

Oh, I saw. I just wouldn't recommend SS barbell DLs with other exercises. :hubie:

And DLing for reps is also usually a bad idea.

I’ll take your advice I was trying it out never did a super set with dl.


I told u i was just getting back and didn’t want to go heavy on everything .


Imma take advice and not do it again :hubie:.

Deadlifts are supposed to be heavy. Not so heavy that you can't walk the next day but heavy enough. :heh:

Deadlifting for reps, like you see in a lot of XF WODs will fukk people up because of the speed at which they're executing the lift and because the erector spinae (:dame:) can fatigue fairly quickly and have you snap your shyt up.

(Near) 1RM attempts can also have you fukked up: pulled hammies, lower back strains, pec and bicep tendon tears.


Not saying you can't do these things, just that you should be extra careful if/when you do.

I deadlifted 4x this week and never went over 5 reps. Not because I couldn't but because of the diminishing returns.

I only argue about fasting I’m very good about taking advice especially when someone is trying to help me in the gym .

Thanks for the advice I’ll keep doing what been working yea my dead lifts only up to 6 reps .

On heavy days they are 3-5 .

I do catch wrestling, combat sambo, and Muay Thai. My lifting thinking gone be completely different than someone playing football, bodybuilding, etc.
Side note, this nootropic stack has helped wonders:smugbiden:
Took too long to get better running shoes and my plantar fasciitis came back though:damn:
