Going through turmoil/ break up is great for working out. I worked out 3 times a week for the past couple years and for the last 2 weeks since tragedy hit I've gone 14 days straight. Jog 3-5 miles a day and workout at the gym for an hour, no cheat meals, eating healthy. I feel like a million bucks and better than my old self from 4 years ago :blessed:
