Brehs my knees been aching for quite some time ever i started the StrongLifts 5x5 program. Don’t know if squatting 3x a week while going up in weight is fukking me up or if my form is just not right. I’ve watched countless videos but still suffering from knee pain

How long have you been doing the program? Squatting frequency will def have you knees achy. When I go 6 plus times a week my shyts stay sore.

I can't do treadmill running, shyt is the worstGot a nasty groin injury from yesterday’s treadmill run. Limping at work today like some cripple. I will still weight train but looks like running is off at least this week.
