How’d y’all adjust to getting back in the gym? I never finished my novice program so I’m still gonna be up in that piece with weak boi #s:hamster:
Moving slowly..first it was getting back to acceptable cardio condition before touching weights and switching up. Trying not to trigger any tendinitis

I’m beginning to really hate taking days off at the gym. Even on my off days, I feel like I should be doing at least some cardio instead of not doing anything. I know rest is important but not doing anything makes me angry
I take long walks on my off day. Let's me get some cardio in and helps clear my mind.
