For years I neglected my protein.

But now I’m supplementing with 50g-75g a day of protein. Daily creatine.

And aiming to eat 2lbs of lean chicken every other day.

Already feeling fuller, even though I got chronic stress symptoms. Lethargic as fukk, Stomach constantly feels weird as fukk - like when you get really pissed off and your stomach is just kinda there.

Going to my primary tomorrow for hormone and vitamin blood tests to see what’s really going on inside.

2-4 scoops a day

Imma start eating 1 cup of egg whites a day to bump that shyt up aiming for the high 200s. You know any good digestive enzymes?
High 200s might be a waste of $. You can only process and use so much. Body weight should be more than enough.
