I recently did switch up workouts. Go to a circuit training spot - everyday it’s 5 stations, 2 are strength, 2 cardio or a plyo move, 1 is boxing. Doing that 3-4 times a week, full body lift 1-2 times, do 2-3 30 min spin sessions and take a few walks.

What do you mean? It's the gym. The only thing that should be different is you should have more room now and wearing a mask.
