I think it depends on where you're at. If you're just starting out on a cut then I don't think it helps. You want momentum and progress before you start "cheating".

C- .. got up to 190 but it dont look pleasant. Started IF so hopefully that leans me out by end of the year. Havent tried a PR in a long time. My cardiovascular strength is way up tho. Been doing jogging/sprinting 5 days a week for the last month and a half.It's the halfway point in the year.
