How's our fitness progress coming along?

If you were to give yourself a mid-year grade what would it be?
Like a C based on my unrealistic expectations

Realistically, last year around this time I was in the hospital with no muscle, underweight, and the thought of excercising made me cringe so probably a B

Dropped good amount of fat due to IF and Keto, should be Hoeready for Toronto Carnival in August

Goal weight is 85-87k, im 95 as of this morning.

Havent done much cardio. not really tracked macros, nor done any extended fasts. Once I add those, ill make my goal weight.

I'm thinking about taking the week off from lifting
You should be taking planned time off on a regular basis....

But yea I usually work out on vacations if I can. I bring protein too

C- .. got up to 190 but it dont look pleasant. Started IF so hopefully that leans me out by end of the year. Havent tried a PR in a long time. My cardiovascular strength is way up tho. Been doing jogging/sprinting 5 days a week for the last month and a half.

Edit and im eating way better

B+

all my lifts are up in new PR territory- back squat, front squat, deadlift, snatch, c&j, ohp
my endurance has gotten much better
i've leaned out and put on some decent muscle mass

my bodyfat % could be lower but i know i drink too much and my diet isn't as buttoned up as it would need to be for that, given my age and my current life situation i'd say i'm doing pretty well.
