Hoping this injury I suffered ends quick. If not, I'll be sticking to mostly cardio for now. :francis:

Done suffered what I believe is rotator cuff tendinitis on my left arm. Can't lift my arm to the side above my shoulder without feeling the pain. My arm was extended and got pulled back more than it should've. Happened in a pool and my body was the one that got twisted not my arm, so who knows if that made things worse. Put some cream on it. Bout to take a Tylenol and see if that helps. Can't do any benching, can't do squats. I think the only thing I can do is curls and who knows with that. Don't feel like anything is broken or dislocated but the pain hurt bad as hell. Hopefully it just needs a few days of rest and it's not that serious. :mjcry:

I have been battling fatigue and trying to maintain But the battle is just adding stress to the brain. Now I just work with the resistance and focus on form. Expanding my range and creating an iron core. There are no days off that I can afford so I alternate resting my body and letting my spirit soar.

Eye woke up like this today:yeshrug:

In the fitness world I think a lot of people have a problem with "looking up the mountain" to people ahead of you instead of stopping and enjoying the view

Been bytching and disappointed with the way this cut is going... I follow a lot of fitness IGers who are about where I want to be. Some IFBB pros (physique guys). Just mentally setting myself up for failure and disappointment. :francis:

Today someone in decent shape came up to me in the gym, asked me if I was prepping for a show cause I looked like it. Made my day, but also made me think. It's a thin line between motivation and unrealistic expectations. Have to keep things in perspective and focus on your own journey.

I still want to get down to 165 though :mjlit:

Went in today, empty stomach and all. Starting to get the form back on squats:ohlawd: Session went well, even deads felt good. Gotta incorporate pullup back into my routine again, or just find a door pullup bar that won't crack on me:damn:
Something to think about... you can use dip stands for inverted rows. Raise your feet to add difficulty. More of a horizontal vs vertical pull motion but you will still get your back work in.

My dilema. I HATE eating lunch and i am super unproductive when I do.

IF is my thing BUT it is tough to cram in 2500 calories in the evening which usually leads to me under eating and often overeating later in the week due to the days I under ate. This usually leads to a net zeo loss in weight or sometimes a lb gained.

Im wondering if i should just buy fruit to snack on if i get hungry again later at night after my 7pm meal.

If you look at the cals/macros on a weekly scale you could eat during the week to cover protein and then use the cals not hit on the weekend which gives you more flexibility socially:

17,500 cals per week
1,800 per day during the week.
4,250 on the weekend

Nothing has motivated me more today than looking at the scale and then looking at myself in the mirror and saying .

This shyt could be damn near neg train worthy. :francis:

I'm hoping it's mostly water and waste. :mjcry:

shyt, I'm the flip.....been eating heavy and drinking 3000 calorie shakes only to gain two pounds. Fast metabolism is a gift and a curse.

Yeah I either gain too fast or don't lose fast enough. I barely eat much calories that I know of. Likely cuz I'm not burning calories like I was before. Or maybe it's just muscle. It's weird cuz my chest grew an inch but so has my waist. Go figure. :francis:
