Done suffered what I believe is rotator cuff tendinitis on my left arm. Can't lift my arm to the side above my shoulder without feeling the pain. My arm was extended and got pulled back more than it should've. Happened in a pool and my body was the one that got twisted not my arm, so who knows if that made things worse. Put some cream on it. Bout to take a Tylenol and see if that helps. Can't do any benching, can't do squats. I think the only thing I can do is curls and who knows with that. Don't feel like anything is broken or dislocated but the pain hurt bad as hell.
