My dumbass had that, creatine, oatmeal, Red beans from popeyes, & 2 biscuits all within 3 hours before I went worked out yesterday. Probably a factor in me throwing that shyt up

How many pills of ZMA should I take? The bottle says 3 but that's 450 MG of magnesium. I read that anything over 350 is likely to cause diarrhea. The first 2 times I took 3 and did get woke out my sleep bubbling :francis:
I take all three. No issue on that front

Legs and glutes are so goddamn sore. Did Bulgarian split squats 5x5 per leg the other day. First leg workout in a while since the lower back issue
