My shoulders are fried, first 5 sets on flat went ok

By the time i was on 2nd set of incline my shoulders said nah:stopitslime:

Whenever I feel any discomfort in my shoulders, I dead my workout quick. I've never had a shoulder injury but apparently it's the most common so i ain't try to go there.

Recently got a gym membership and switched my routine to a 6 day PPL. :wow: Now I'm seeing results. I know it's not impressive but I can finally bench 215. :lift: All my lifts have gone up. Everyones been telling me I look skinnier but I keep telling them the number on the scale hasn't changed much. I know you can't target weight loss but working my chest twice a week has made my t*ts a lot smaller. They might even be gone by the time I hit 185 (hopefully end of next month.) I did have to cut down on my cardio a lot thought cause I'd be dead running 20 miles a week on top of what I'm doing now.

Btw anyone see that Bostin Loyd Raw Footage video? Shooting up all kinds of shyt and doesn't even look that good. Not gonna lie I've thought about it but that video made me never want to use steroids after seeing how much work it takes to maintain that look. Injecting yourself with GH right in the stomach out in the parking lot after the gym :scust:

Having a shytty workout is such an awful feeling.. I was doing upper body power today on the PHAT cycle which is usually my favorite day but I was hungover and hadn't eaten enough before going. The whole time my energy level was trash, I just couldn't wait to be done with my workout. Even everything on my playlist felt stale. Just lousy all around but got to power through it and get right next time

Made myself a little home challenge that is productive and beneficial for more than strength purposes. I take a fresh pile of clean laundry out of the dryer. Then I dump the clothes out and flip the hamper on the floor. I iron all my work clothes and t-shirts. But after each article of clothing I iron, I do ten elevated pushups with my feet on the hamper. Gets me a quick little workout and keeps my clothes looking wrinkle free. Throw on some Netflix or Hulu to catch up on a show and you're killing three things at the same time. Gotta get my endurance up too. Did about 70 pushups earlier today. Might do some more ironing and do another maybe 40 in a bit. Soon as I get too tired from playing this game.
