Was able to do 8 reps of incline bench on my last set of it today. Hopefully I can do 10 next time. I'm 5'7 165.

so my regular gym burned down last week. some cac was using the tanning beds when it started to make a popping noise and smoking. whole thing destroyed. good thing my cousin runs the local rec center so i've been goin there.

what do yall do when you get sick? :mjcry:

im on the 3rd week of a program and its going well(im cutting, down 13 pounds since february) i was supposed to start week 3 today but came down with a virus. when im healthy should i jump right back into things or work my way back slowly? also how should i approach diet? same as if i was working out or eat at a maintenance?

Take a break if you have a :flabbynsick:metabolism or are older. I'm usually good after a day or two of sleep and eating...maybe a sauna visit also.

I would jump back in and adjust to how you feel. Eat at maintenance.

Don't worry about the scale, water retention or dehydration could have you all over the place.

I killed my legs last night I went super heavy on almost everything wih good ass form .


I'm still fixing my squats so I didn't go too heavy .

What's the reasoning behind this and why is the reverse so bad? :lupe:

Had a group picnic today at Coronado beach...seeing my classmates and teachers in swimsuits. Even worse is that the oldest person there is like early 30s.:scusthov:

Didn't even want to take off the tank top to go swimming...was trying to be low-key. :whoa:
