Was able to do 8 reps of incline bench on my last set of it today. Hopefully I can do 10 next time. I'm 5'7 165.
i know. i just never felt comfortable squatting. the bar on my back has always made me nervous so i've never done it. then i workout solo so i dont even bother
what do yall do when you get sick?
im on the 3rd week of a program and its going well(im cutting, down 13 pounds since february) i was supposed to start week 3 today but came down with a virus. when im healthy should i jump right back into things or work my way back slowly? also how should i approach diet? same as if i was working out or eat at a maintenance?
