Very successful leg yesterday. Been feeling revitalized lately. Did 30 total reps with zercher squats with 315. Used romanian deads as my finisher with 40 total reps w 315lbs

shyt, I may just need to fight thru then lol.

I wrapped a sweatshirt around the bar last time, but it still hurt at 225
It hurts a bit on the first set for me and then goes away.

If it's too distracting get a pad because a shirt or towel will slip :whoa:

I don't know what time I want to go to the gym tomorrow.

I wanted to go around noon so I could go to work right after, but I also want to go around 8:00 in the morning because that chick with the fat ass works out in the mornings.

I'm so conflicted. :mjcry:

I think I'm gonna have to stop using the gym bike for cardio. It makes me sweat but at the end of it I really don't feel as exhausted as the treadmill.
