I ran 3 miles yesterday and worked on biceps.

I've been more oatmeal lately for my high blood pressure. It's the lamest meal in the universe. :snoop: But, I've been losing weight the past couple days. :krs:

Disagree but I'm sure genetics plays a role

People always ignore this. I lost 90+ lbs eating KFC and chocolate cookies and burgers (not every day of course but 1-2 Times a week), on like 150g of protein a day, and I have more muscle mass than the avg person. There are lots of people with crappy genetics out there, but the "industry" makes you think you gotta look like some shredded freak to be "fit".

Do any of y'all do single arm barbell deadlifts? Front? Suitcase? Between the legs?

I been thinking of incorporating it into my deadlift workout routine. I feel like changing it up a bit.

Hey guys I can only lift on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday.
And is doing upper workouts on Monday and Wednesday and lower workouts on Tuesday and Friday. It's literally the only way I can do my upper & lower split.

But am I giving my upper body enough rest between Monday and Wednesday? So would that be ok to do for next week.
Yea should be fine, I hit upper body Sunday Tuesday Wednesday and bench/curl/do something with triceps all three days.

Did back and biceps last night at the gym even though I knew I had to go to the gun range today. First two periods my aim was all over the place and didn't even score. Finally got it together the third try with the M9. Declined to do some rifle shooting...my shyt sore. :mjcry:
