How many times a week do y'all hit chest, back , legs and etc?


My break down

Monday - chest and biceps
Tuesday - back and shoulders
Wednesday - triceps and legs
Thursday - full cardio
Friday - All upper body
Saturday - Legs and Abs
Sunday - Rest



Is this enough or should i be hitting 3 times :patrice:


:whoa: i love my break down I'm follow lee haney workouts and it gives me max potential in the gym .
That that seems like enough if there are enough compounds in there.

I do 3 upper days and two lower with two cardio days which are usually hills so I get some good glute and ham activation from that.

Of course I squat , deadlift and bench press .

I also do 20 mins of cardio every day .

Well my back is officially fukked. Saw the doctor today and he said its nothing serious but gave me some powerful pain killers. No squat or deadlifts for the foreseeable future. Now I have to do some fakkit lunges or some other girly shyt. Sigh
