I wanted to switch out routines it was getting stale.

Said fukk it might as well try Jay Cutlers' 8 week mass plan. Did absolutely no cardio maybe a 5 min slow walk before lifting as I'm tryina gain size. This routine was really good.

Gained 7 lbs, ate clean for the most part, cheated here and there.

I'm sitting at 210 right now. I was 198 last summer. I'm thinking of trimming down to 203 that would be optimal.

I wish I could get my wife into weights. I mean she's blessed that she still has great shape after 2 kids but she just doesn't get how I'm so into it. I feel like she resents the time I spend there. If she only knew about dat pump do' :wow:
Same here. Maybe its best to keep the two interests separated.

Lately it feels like my only rest days are the days i go out drinking :patrice:
I don't even think I've had a drink in 2015. Idk the older I get the less vices I indulge in. Especially alcohol at that.

For sure I wouldn't mind dabbling back into some wine from time to time, but then again, I still don't have any real unsatisfiable craving for it.

Killed leg day, ate my weekly cheat meal ( :shaq:......then still felt :sadcam: after). I may or may not go back to the gym like :manny:. I haven't done a 2 a day since last summer.

How many times a week do y'all hit chest, back , legs and etc?


My break down

Monday - chest and biceps
Tuesday - back and shoulders
Wednesday - triceps and legs
Thursday - full cardio
Friday - All upper body
Saturday - Legs and Abs
Sunday - Rest



Is this enough or should i be hitting 3 times :patrice:


:whoa: i love my break down I'm follow lee haney workouts and it gives me max potential in the gym .

I no longer use wrist straps...all my tendons and joints are fully healed. I have never went over 145lbs. on the military press before. I ended up working my way up to 155 for 3 reps before I tapped out. Might be the GOAT shoulder exercise. Way more pump than doing dumbbell press sitting down.:mjcry:
