I have to keep reminding myself that I'm a novice and not to take on too much. Also, factoring in the reminder that I'm severely dyspraxic (google Dyspraxia!) and it's probably best for me to continue a steady and slow progression. Still very at how weak my upper body is. My lower body is very strong but upper body needs a lot of work.
Should do - I'm a pescetarian (eat fish) and even that I don't eat ALL the time. I assume I can make it up.
It's possible to go vegetarian and still make lifting progress, right?
Between milk and eggs I can easily make up the lost protein
I won't really miss anything else
