I've always been told to keep feet shoulder width apart but every problem I'm having with squats is solved by widening my stance :ohhh:

Am I fukking up or should I start throwing advice in the bushes :dwillhuh:
Do what feels natural and lets you hit depth

If going wider helps do that. Just make sure once you find your sweet spot you are consistent

Gonna do a little deload starting Thur until Saturday after this upcoming. Been going beltless on squats and started light and working my way back up to correct form. almost back at doing 405 for working sets (was doing 500+ with bad form prior), will probably start back using my belt then.
