Man I spent all kinds of money on a bike and fluid trainer... haven't ridden in monthsPicking a form of cardio that I will stick to is a goddamn struggle.
I hate when work switches my schedule to nights. Messes up my entire workout flow.
It sucks but I learn just to deal with it. Now I can pretty much workout at any part of the day and feel good about my workout.
