Man I spent all kinds of money on a bike and fluid trainer... haven't ridden in months

Im gonna get back on my cardio shyt once I start bulking again though. I just dont have the energy for the shyt right nah :francis:

I worked on legs on Saturday. I jogged on Sunday.
Good thing was that my knee was bothering me so I did my whole squat workout without patella knee straps. I didn't go heavy though and did the following.
135 lbs. x 10 reps

Went to bed early last night so I could get up and hit legs before work.

I like doing leg day early in the morning because the gym is empty, so no one will day anything about me spending over an hour in the squat rack.

How long does it take you guys to feel a pump in your chest? I usually will so 20-25 push ups to get warm and the blood flow is a almost immediate. I don't get that reaction on any other body part.

It sucks but I learn just to deal with it. Now I can pretty much workout at any part of the day and feel good about my workout.

yea. i've gotten to that point now. since most days im up at 9 anyway.
it just throws my eating schedule off cause i dont get off til 11:30 on the days i work nights and i don't wanna eat dinner that late
