:heh: Truth hurts, that's why I look a certain way and they don't. Even I take a hiatus from working out I still look fit, and never get fat.

How's this even possible :mindblown:


Exactly, like theoretically most people know how to properly eat and get in shape(cut out beer, eat more vegetables, drink tons of water, workout / run a few mile 2-3 times a week etc...) but actually having the discipline of putting these tasks to practice is another monster....
Work out sporadically all day :youngsabo: prison type shyt

Tomorrow is the last day of my first iteration of GVT. Taking a deload week or two and then getting back to it

I was :deadmanny: after playing 2 long ass full court games. Had to dig deep to finish my back/bi's workout following that. :whew:

gonna now switch from 1% chocolate milk to fat free milk as my drink for my post workout meal. (I have my shake immediately after my workout). Does anyone know if their is benefits of the fats in milk or not?

I would just look at it terms of your overall fat intake. Conventional milk doesn't see to have specific benefits in that area.

Milk has fat naturally. I view low fat/no fat milk as being even more processed (bad)

I'm noticing even more gains now that I'm using my free weights and a lady friend has noticed to....I need to find a rower because my gym doesn't have 1
