Work out sporadically all day prison type shytTruth hurts, that's why I look a certain way and they don't. Even I take a hiatus from working out I still look fit, and never get fat.
How's this even possible
Exactly, like theoretically most people know how to properly eat and get in shape(cut out beer, eat more vegetables, drink tons of water, workout / run a few mile 2-3 times a week etc...) but actually having the discipline of putting these tasks to practice is another monster....
