My shoulder hurts when I go past 150 on chest press with the bar...looks like I'm stuck with dumbbells for the rest of my lifting career.
Try doing some rotator cuff exercises, that is what helped me.
I do...funny thing is that the pec fly machine, decline bench and every shoulder exercise machine feels great, but the moment I try to bench I feel a sting in the shoulder I injured benching a year ago.
Word same here. I can't flat bench I only do incline, u ever try that?

I damn near broke my nose tryn to max out on incline bench no spotter. Luckily someone doing squats behind me noticed and saved my ass. Prob thought I was a dumbass though lol
